Flying Saucer Draught Emporium will host a 90s-themed special
14th anniversary party at its location at 323 President Clinton Ave. on Thursday, May 17. Live music from Chris Henry will begin at 9 p.m.
To commemorate its anniversary, Flying Saucer will tap one case of very rare Goose Island
Bourbon Barrel Coffee Stout. There will also be several rare beers being tapped for the event,
including Contessa Italian Pale Ale, Avery Brewing’s Beast and a firkin of Tallgrass Chocolate Ale.
The Saucer will also be giving away door prizes consisting of brewery and Flying Saucer gear
throughout the evening.
“We’re excited to celebrate our anniversary with all of our loyal customers and local beer
lovers,” said Jason Davenport, general manager of Flying Saucer. “We’ve really seen the beer scene
in Little Rock grow since we opened 14 years ago, and with all of the rare beers being tapped, as well
as a great set from Chris Henry, we know we’re going to have a packed house!”
