The University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service is sponsoring a Strong Women Rally on May 29 at First Baptist Church in Paragould, AR. Events begin with registration at 9:00 a.m. and include Tai Chi for Arthritis, Mediterranean Cooking with recipe demos, Change of Heart, Kinesiology of Movement, Benefits of Exercising as We Age, and Strong Women on the Ball using stability balls. Be one of the first register and receive Dr. Miriam Nelson’s newest book for free. Cost is $10 which includes lunch & a stability ball and an additional $12 for optional t-shirt.
