HOT SPRINGS Hilltop Manor Bed and Breakfast of Hot Springs was selected as a Best B&B in the Midwest United States winner and Ray and Kristie Rosset of Lookout Point Lakeside Inn of Hot Springs were selected as Innkeepers of the Year in the annual Best of BedandBreakfast.com Awards.
