Total engagement infused the performances in the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra’s River Rhapsodies chamber music series presentation of “A Century of Masterpieces” on Tuesday night at the Clinton Presidential Center. Perfect timing also marked each of the three pieces performed by the Quapaw Quartet, the Sturgis Quartet and pianist Andrew von Oeyen.
