The body of a man found dead in his yard after authorities were called to his residence has been identified.

Officials with the Baxter County Sheriff's Office have identified the man as 68-year-old Herbert Leon Murphy, of Gamaleil, who lived at the residence, according to a release.

The Arkansas Medical Examiner's Office found that Murphy died from natural causes.

Authorities first discovered the body after being called to the home when neighbors noticed they hadn't seen Murphy in some time. A search of the home and the yard revealed Murphy's body, which was laying face down in the grass.
