800,000 illegal aliens get Obama reprieve

Those in U.S. since childhood can qualify

President Barack Obama issued an executive order Friday removing the threat of deportation from an estimated 800,000 young people who are illegally in the country, saying it would make the government’s treatment of them “more fair, more efficient and more just.” Obama said that while his order wasn’t an amnesty, it would help those who are “Americans in their hearts, in their minds.
