Defunct Toadies hop back with new lineup, old sound

The Toadies have demonstrated yet again that, as the old Neil Sedaka song put it, breaking up is hard to do. The Dallas-Fort Worth group, which formed in 1989, hung up their rock ’n’ roll shoes in 2001, but got going again seven years later. The only original member remaining is singer/rhythm guitarist Todd Lewis.
