LITTLE ROCK An incident near the University of Arkansas at Little Rock campus ended with shots being fired and one man injured Tuesday afternoon.
Little Rock Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Cassandra Davis said that three Pakistani students were walking near Anna and Lucie streets near the campus about 2:30 p.m. when they were approached by a black male wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
The suspect pulled a gun on the students, who then fled. The suspect fired an unknown number of shots at the students, all of which missed. One of students fell while running, and the suspect caught up to him and beat him with the weapon.
The suspect then fled on a smaller model motorcycle.
The condition of the victim is unknown at this time and police have not made any arrests. The investigation is ongoing.

Pretty much ought to be able to just shoot at people wearing "dark colored" hoodies. Apparently 90% of our crimes are being committed by people wearing this uniform.
