Man accused of waving gun at stepson

A 55-year-old North Little Rock man is accused of waving a gun at his teenage stepson during a disturbance early Friday.

Stephen Marsh was booked into the Pulaski County jail about 2:45 a.m. on a charge of aggravated assault on a family or household member.

According to a North Little Rock Police Department report, officers went to Marsh's home in the 700 block of West 22nd Street to investigate a disturbance between him and his 15-year-old stepson.

The stepson told authorities Marsh at one point got a revolver, waved it around and said "I will put a hollow point in you," the report said. A woman at the home told authorities she also saw Marsh waving the gun, police said.

The report didn't indicate what started the altercation.

Marsh remained in jail later Friday morning with bail not yet set. A court date is set for Tuesday.
