Isaac Postoak, 19, pleaded guilty Thursday to computer exploitation of a child, a Class B felony punishable with a prison sentence ranging from five to 20 years. The plea came under an agreement Stuart Cearley, chief deputy prosecutor, reached with Rachel Stills, Postoak's attorney.

Postoak was arrested Aug. 11, 2014. The crime occurred when Postoak was a minor, but he was charged as an adult.

The case relates to Postoak recording a sex act involving a 15-year-old girl during a party at a Siloam Springs home in September 2013.

Benton County sheriff's deputies recovered the video from Postoak's cellphone, according to court documents.

Circuit Judge Brad Karren accepted the plea agreement and Postoak's guilty plea.

Postoak was placed on 10 years of state-supervised probation. He also was sentenced to 120 days in the county jail, but he received credit for 11 days.

He must register as a sex offender and he has to complete a sex offender treatment program.
