Officers responded about 9 p.m. to William Manor Apartments at 700 Poplar St. They found Jeremiah Loar, 32, in the living room and arrested him, according to the report.

A resident, April Baldwin, said Loar, a former Sherwood firefighter, had shown up and broken down her door after she told him to go away, the report states. Baldwin locked herself in the bathroom with a gun until officers arrived.

No injuries were reported.

Baldwin said she'd met Loar online and had been on a few dates with him, but she'd told him to leave her alone, according to police.

Loar was charged with burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault on a family or household member. He was being held in the Pulaski County jail Tuesday.
