A 25-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after he was stopped for not paying for a tool kit from a Home Depot in North Little Rock, according to a police report.
Andrew Gray of Jacksonville selected a tool kit valued at almost $500 and waited for a cashier to serve another customer before walking quickly past the register, according to an arrest affidavit.
Police arrested Gary at the Home Depot at 4325 E. Mc-Cain Blvd., and charged him with one count of robbery, according to the report.

Gray was listed on Pulaski County jail’s inmate roster Tuesday night.
