Police responded at 8:30 a.m. to the 2700 block of Arkansas 10 when a homeowner reported that a man broke into his RV, Lt. Philip Pevehouse said.

Jonathan Dooley, 27, of Cameron, Okla., shut himself in the RV and refused to cooperate or negotiate when deputies arrived. After an hourlong standoff, police forcibly entered the RV and arrested Dooley after a brief struggle in which no one was injured, Pevehouse said.

Dooley was charged with breaking or entering and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Sebastian County jail, where he is being held without bail.

Dooley is a registered Level 3 sex offender out of Le Flore County, Okla., according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
