Girlfriend arrested in ramming of car

An Arkansas woman was arrested Monday after following her boyfriend on his pizza delivery route and ramming her vehicle into his car, according to the Little Rock Police Department.

Angel Williams, 26, of North Little Rock tailed her boyfriend as he delivered pizzas about 10 p.m., the report said. The boyfriend told police he had previously tried to end the relationship, the report said.

Williams' boyfriend told investigators he got lost while driving and ended up on a dead-end street, the report said. Police say Williams accelerated and struck the victim's car while he was inside, according to the report. The boyfriend reportedly then drove to a police station to get help.

Williams was booked into the Pulaski County jail about 1 a.m. and faces a charge of aggravated assault on a family or household member.

LR felon arrested in home invasion

A man was arrested Monday and charged in a shooting that occurred earlier this month.

According to a police report, officers arrested Calvin Blair, 39, of Little Rock at 9:30 p.m.

On the night of Oct. 16, two men forced their way into 49-year-old Tim Parker's house in the 1500 block of South State Street and shot him during an attempted robbery, the report said.

The report said the intruders pointed their guns at a woman in the house, and one gunman shot Parker's dog.

Blair faces first-degree battery, aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and aggravated residential burglary charges, the report said.
