A man with a lengthy criminal history was charged with three counts of capital murder Wednesday morning after Hot Springs police found three bodies in a Nevada Street residence Tuesday evening during a welfare check.

Glad to see the probation and parole system is functioning so well, hmmm 3 more homicides to add to the list. Maybe society needs to start looking at the judicial system and parole system a bit closer and holding some of them more accountable for releasing these animals upon the free world.
