Central Flying Service at Bill and Hilary Clinton National Airport, Adams Field was the setting at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 20, for the marriage of Nealy Kathryn Morton and John Adam Wells. The Rev. John Miles of First United Methodist Church, Jonesboro, officiated.

Pamela and John Morton of Little Rock are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Virginia and Bill Ausbrooks of Mayflower and Shelby and the late Paul Dean Morton of Heber Springs.

Parents of the bridegroom are Janet and Richard Thomas Gaughan and Johnnie Keith Wells, all of Conway. He is the grandson of Carolyn and the late George Altus Rountree and Sylvia and the late Dennis Lee Wells, all of Conway.

An aisle was lined with vases of pink French tulips. Vows were exchanged at an altar decorated with a cross covered in pink hydrangeas. The altar area also held two floral walls and six large arrangements of calla lilies, garden roses, tulips and hydrangeas. Music was by The Jam Wows of Dallas and The Gospel Choir of St. Mark's Baptist Church.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a sleeveless gown of silk gazar and tulle with a cascading peplum and rosettes. Her pencil-edge veil was cathedral-length. She carried a bouquet of pink peonies and garden roses.

Francesca Tolson of Little Rock was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Emily Newton of Maumelle; Erin Wells of Conway; Amber Hall of North Little Rock; Alexandra Richardson, Magen Stewart, Crystal Brucker and Molly Thicksten, all of Little Rock; Katie Willis of Rogers; and Zoe Miles of Shawnee, Okla.

They wore blush-colored sleeveless gowns of sateen twill with trumpet skirts and carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.

Flower girl and ring bearer were Laurel Wells and Landon Wells of Conway, niece and nephew of the bridegroom.

Matthew Wells of Conway served as his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Bradley Norwood of Springdale; Dr. Nicholas Brucker, Damon Singleton, Bradley Runyon, Wayne Young and Gabriel Mallard all of Little Rock; Gregory Lanford of Conway; Jason Deere of Tyler, Texas; and Casey Darr of Dallas.

A reception, also at Central Flying Service, was held after the ceremony. The reception area was decorated with two 24-foot-tall trees filled with blooming branches, orchids, butterflies and handmade fresh orchid garlands from Thailand. A white floral chandelier hung over the dance floor and guest tables held a mix of tall and short vases filled with blush and white flower arrangements. Music was by The Jam Wows.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and is chief financial officer at Lumber One Home Center.

The bridegroom has a bachelor's degree in economics from Hendrix College in Conway and a law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville. He is president of Lumber One Home Center.

After a wedding trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and New York, the couple will live in Little Rock.
