A sign for Brewski's Pub & Grub is visible on the side of the building that will house it beginning next month, its owner said Monday.

The K Lofts apartment building, the long-delayed development in the old Gus Blass Warehouse in downtown Little Rock, is back on track with a new name and a new retail tenant.

Mulberry Flat's 32 apartments in the five-story building at 315 Main St. will begin accepting leases in October, Moses Tucker Real Estate announced Tuesday.

The new name reflects the original name of Third Street when the city was laid out in the early 19th century, the real estate firm said in a news release.

All but one unit have floor plans with one bedroom and one bathroom, and the units range in size from 550 square feet to 721 square feet. Rents start at $780 per month.

Meanwhile, the first floor and basement that was leased most recently to Club Level, a dance club, will become Brewski's Pub & Grub, which Moses Tucker described as a sports bar featuring "local craft beer, signature cocktails and elevated pub fare." It also is expected to open next month.
