A Glenwood woman died after being ejected from the vehicle in which she was riding Thursday morning, police said.
The single-vehicle crash happened around 4:55 a.m. on Arkansas 182 in Amity, according to a report from the Arkansas State Police.
Kathleen Lorraine Clarke, 47, was ejected when the 2014 Jeep Rubicon she was riding in left the highway, struck a culvert and overturned, according to the report. The vehicle overturned onto Clarke, the report states.
The Jeep's driver -- Gary Maxwell Chambers, 35, of Glenwood -- also was reported hurt. The report did not detail the extent of his injuries.
The weather was clear and the road was dry.
