Tuna fish, chicken liver, stink bait smeared inside vehicle, Arkansas teen tells authorities

An 18-year-old Arkansas woman discovered a foul-smelling mess in the back of her vehicle, and now police are trying to figure out who put it there.

According to a Jonesboro Police Department report, the victim on Monday told officers she found two open cans of Spam alongside tuna fish, chicken livers and stink bait that had been smeared on the back seat.

Police asked the victim if there was anyone who was mad at her, and she mentioned one girl but said that person was out of town, the report noted.

"I told her that it seems like something a guy would do with all of the fishing bait and asked her if there was an ex-boyfriend mad at her," officer Blake Easley wrote. "She advised that she had ex-boyfriends, but 'none of them would do this.'"

No arrests had been made at the time of the report. The crime is listed as second-degree criminal mischief.
