Man arrested month after 1,500 lottery tickets stolen from North Little Rock gas station, police say

Authorities said they have arrested a man accused of stealing more than 1,500 lottery tickets last month from a gas station in North Little Rock.

The city's Police Department said on Twitter that Kenneth Mayweather has been charged with commercial burglary in the June 11 break-in at the Shell station located at 6915 John F. Kennedy Blvd.

Video footage from the burglary showed a thief with his face covered throwing something at the glass door. He later kicked and punched his way in, grabbing at least three racks of lottery tickets, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette previously reported.

Mayweather did not appear on the Pulaski County jail's online inmate roster as of Wednesday afternoon.

This is actually very educational - the video showing the guy’s pants pulled up instead of drooping down past his butt. Now when I see pants down around their cheeks I know they are not up to mischief.

The story didn't whether or not he hit the lottery from the stash of tickets.
When you see one of them lurking around a business with their pants up, you can almost be sure "somethings up". LoL
