Arkansas solicitor general stepping down to accept ethics role with Walmart


Arkansas Solicitor General Lee Rudofsky publicly announced Wednesday that he is resigning after serving three years as the state's top trial attorney and will take a job with Walmart.

I can see now that "the rule of law" to Ms. Rutledge is a Rorschach test: It exists only in the eye of the beholder and it's different for her than it is for many others.
