A central Arkansas man was arrested outside a Little Rock movie theater on an indecent exposure charge Saturday afternoon, authorities said.
According to an arrest report, 30-year-old James Stalcup of Bauxite was seen with "his private genitals out" about 4 p.m. near the front doors of the Rave theater, 18 Colonel Glenn Plaza Drive.
During a search of Stalcup, a Pulaski County sheriff's office deputy said, a burnt straw with a "white powdery substance inside of it" was found.
The 30-year-old faces charges of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was no longer listed on the Pulaski County jail roster as of Monday afternoon, records show.
