It happened shortly before 2 p.m. as Erica L. Adkins drove a 2001 Dodge pickup north on U.S. 167 north of Bald Knob in White County, according to an Arkansas State Police report.

Police said the vehicle left the highway's east side and hit a tree.

It was said to be raining at the time of the wreck.
