Jay Dee Foster Jr., 54, of Tontitown, died Thursday, July 8, 2010. He was born to Jay, Sr. and Lillian Foster in Little Rock and grew up in North Little Rock. Survived by wife, Carol Annette "Anne" (Key) Foster; daughters, Stephanie Tyler of Springdale and Tiffany Foster of Tontitown; sister, Judy Jayroe of Bella Vista; five grandchildren; uncle, Charlie Gilbert of North Little Rock. Visitation: 4 to 6:00, Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home in Springdale. Memorial service: 2:00, Monday at Chapel on the Creeks in Rogers.
