Elizabeth B. Jones

Elizabeth B. Jones, 95, passed away Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, at a local assisted-living facility. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Wednesday in Crestview Memorial Park Cemetery, 3077 E. Grand Ave., Hot Springs, Ark., where she will be laid to rest by her husband, Walter K. Jones, who preceded her in death in 1978. Visitation: The family will receive friends at 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lucas Hurst Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst. Memorials: Friends who desire are respectfully invited to honor Elizabeth's memory with gifts in her name to Integracare Hospice, 6850 Manhatten Blvd., Suite 504, Fort Worth, Texas, 76120. Elizabeth was an accomplished artist and golfer. She loved her family and was a faithful Christian. The family would like to give special thanks and recognition to Horizon Bay of Arlington for their loving care of Elizabeth. In addition to her husband, Walter, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Clara and George Barlow; sisters, Celeste Raspberry, Mabel Oswald and George Ellen Barlow; brothers, Hubert Barlow and G.O. Barlow; and nephew, Mike Raspberry. Survivors: Elizabeth is survived by nephews, Bob Raspberry and wife, Janice of Olathe, Kan., Don Raspberry of Irving and Hubert Barlow of Pine Bluff, Ark.; niece, Sherry McClure of Arlington; and numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family.
