Geneva Whaley, 77, of Newport died Tuesday. Survivors: sons, Dennis and Terry Whaley; daughters, Teresa Eich, Genia Cornwell; three brothers, Oscar, J.C., Ray Anderson; sisters, Dorothy Hawks, Nadine Elliot, Nancy Drewery, Juanita Wright; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
