Sally Ann Carter

Sally Ann Carter, 96, of Pine Bluff passed away on Oct. 5. Survivors include a sister, Limmie Price of New Town, Ark., and a host of nephews and nieces. Graveside services will be today at 1 p.m. at Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Pine Bluff by Christian Way Funeral Home.
