Hunter Lee Mills

Hunter Lee Mills of Sheridan, Arkansas was born June 9, 1992 at Little Rock, the son of Robert Dean and Loretta Nelson Mills. He loved his Church, Immanuel Missionary Baptist in Sheridan and was proud to be a Christian and wasn't ashamed to say so. Hunter was a student at the University of Arkansas at Monticello, was a 2010 graduate of Sheridan High School and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and football. Hunter died Sunday, October 10, 2010, near Star City, Arkansas, as the result of an automobile accident. He was 18 years old. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Henrietta Nelson and paternal grandmother, Sharon Mills Mathews. Survivors include his parents, Bobby and Loretta Mills; brother, Landon Mills, maternal grandparents, Bobby and Gerri Nelson, all of Sheridan, and paternal grandfather, Robert Mills of Beebe; girlfriend, Lauren Lively of Sheridan, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan with Bro. Jason Clenney and Bro. Gary Copeland officiating. Burial will be in Center Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 5-8 p.m., also at Immanuel Baptist Church. Pallbearers: Cody Clemons, Colt Easley, A.J. Phillips, Cameron Holland, Tyler Boatright, Colton Gilbert, Eric Eggburn, Nate Lucas, Tyler Robinette and Josh Horn. Honorary Pallbearers: The 2010 Sheridan Yellowjacket Football Team.
