Jerry Dale Cook, 42, of Huntsville, died Friday. He was a truck driver for Lew Thompson and Son in Huntsville. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in chapel of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net with the Rev. Gary Faulkner officiating. Interment will be in the Witter Cemetery.
