Troy D. Brashears

Troy D. Brashears, 85, of Malvern passed away October 19, 2010. Troy was a U.S. Navy veteran and worked as a safety inspector for the Department of Labor. He was a Past Master of the Bethlehem Masonic Lodge #338, was also a member of Rockport Lodge #58, and received the Pillars of Solomon award from the Grand Lodge of Arkansas. He was a member of Brush Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Preceding him in death are his parents, Clifton and Esther (Bailey) Brashears; his wife, Frances (Dial) Brashears; brother, Kenneth Brashear; and sister, June Carolyn Brashears Baker. Survivors are his niece and her husband, Patrice (Dial) Mitchell and William of Pine Bluff, and many cousins and friends. Services will be Friday, October 22nd at 2 p.m. in the Regency Funeral Home Chapel with full Masonic rites. Visitation will be held from noon until 2 p.m. prior to the service.
