EVELYN K. EUBANK, 85, of North Little Rock died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010. She was born Aug. 8, 1925, in Little Rock, Ark., to the late Ernest A. Knight and Clara Wright Knight. She was preceded in death by sisters, Alice Davies and Helen Howden; and brother, Roy Knight. She was a historian and writer and a member of Faith Baptist Church in North Little Rock. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Claude O. Eubank; a son, Tim Eubank and his wife, Teresa; and a daughter, Elaine Eubank and her husband, Alfred Williams. She had two granddaughters, Elise McCurry (husband Daniel) and Sarah Eubank; two step grandchildren, Heather Williams (children Ellery and Jack Budan) and Grainger Williams (daughter Cassidy); and many close friends. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 25, at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Ark. (501)791-7400. Interment will follow at Edgewood Memorial Park in North Little Rock. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 24, at the funeral home.
