Bernice UVL Bailey Harris

Bernice UVL Bailey Harris, age 88, of Little Rock, Arkansas went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, October 26, 2010. She was born in Greenbrier, Arkansas on June 7, 1922 to Toil and Ethel Bailey. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; brother, Charles, sister, LaVada and two great grandchildren, Bradley Gray and Olivia Adkins. Survivors include two daughters, Ethelyn Harmon (Charles) and Dianne Green (Leonard) of Crossett; one son, Jimmy Harris (Mary Jo) of Little Rock; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; three sisters; a sister-in-law and one brother. Services will be 10 a.m., Friday, October 29, 2010 at Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene, 25799 Interstate 30, Alexander, Arkansas where she was a faithful member. Brother Tim Evans and Brother Ken Mitchell will be officiating. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway, Arkansas. Visitation will be held at the church 6-8 p.m., Thursday. Pallbearers are grandsons: Timothy, Mark, Sammy, Larry, Steve, and George. Honorary pallbearers are her great-grandsons.
