Tommy Wayne Orrell, 46, of Royal, passed away December 14, 2011. He was born at Ouachita Hospital in Hot Springs Arkansas. He attended Lake Hamilton High School and graduated from Ouachita Technical School. He was a volunteer Firefighter with the Piney Fire Department for many years. Tommy was a dedicated and hardworking employee for 9 years with Heller Construction Company. He was an avid hunter of all game. He particularly loved Wild Hog and Deer hunting with "Timbo". He enjoyed nature and found great joy in the country. Tommy's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His laughter, kindness and unconditional love brought so much joy to the lives he touched. He was the youngest of four children born to Paul and Rosa Orrell, whom proceeded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Annie Orrell, and, maternal ,randparents, Epp and Anna Mae Hill and his Son, Timothy "Timbo" Orrell. He was the beloved husband and survived by his wife of 21 years, Sheila Harmon Orrell and devoted father of Michelle Orrell, both of Royal. He was "Papa" to his grandchildren, Hayley and Taylor Orrell of Emerson and Dakota Albright of Newton Falls, Ohio. Tommy will forever be remembered by his loving brothers, Glen (Dorothy) Orrell and Charles (Helen) Orrell of Hot Springs and devoted "2nd Mom", his Sister, Martha Moss of Hot Springs. Tommy was loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and Lifelong Friends. Tommy touched the lives of many people with his simplistic view of life. Friends and family are invited to come join the family for viewing on Saturday, December 17, 2011 from 4–6 .p.m at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home and for Graveside Services on Sunday, December 18, 2011, 2 p.m. at Lowe Cemetery. Pastor Paul Thompson will be officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. J. Gardner, Dr. Elkins, State Police Troop K, Baptist Medical Center, Heller Construction, Charles Orrell, Glen Orrell, James Hill, Eddie Mayberry and Michael Powell. Pall Bearers are James Mayberry, Jerry Hill, Russell Hill, Jackie Hill, Leon Sutton, Nick Harvey, Jeremy Neal, and Hayden Lindsey. Guests may register at www.caruth-hale.com.
