James Richard "Rick" Barrett

James Richard "Rick" Barrett, age 53, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2011. He was born February 7, 1958, in Little Rock, Arkansas, a son of the late James Wilson Barrett. He was an avid deer hunter and member of G&L Hunting Club. He was currently a supervisor at Tokusen USA for the past 20 years, prior to Tokusen he worked for Koolvent Awning Company in North Little Rock for 16 years. In addition to being a deer hunter he also loved and adored his two grandkids. Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Karen Barrett of Conway; a son, Bradley Barrett of Conway; a daughter, Shannon Barrett of Conway; his mother, Bobbie York Barrett of Conway; a sister, Teresa Eads and husband Danny of Hickory Plains; a brother, Donnie Barrett of Conway; a grandson, Wilson Bryce Ritter of Conway; a granddaughter, Brooke Lynn Ritter of Conway; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the Harris Chapel with Rev. Paul Rice officiating. Burial will be at Hamilton Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
