Connie Johnson Asberry

Connie Johnson Asberry, 58, of Star City, born March 26, 1953, passed away on Thursday, May 12. She was a member of Pine Hill Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cannon and Florene Hicks Johnson. Connie is survived by her husband, Charles Asberry; three sons, Gary Bolen and wife, April, Brian Bolen and wife Mindy; and Patrick Bolen. She is also survived by brothers James Wooten, Earl Wooten, twin brother Lonnie Johnson, John Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Steve Johnson and Roger Johnson; sisters Christine Vilches, Mary Bolen, Sue Dixon, Linda Smith and Irene Fletcher; and grandchildren, Zachary, Alexandra, Adrienne, Coby, Destiny, Damion, Dawson Bolen. Visitation will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 14, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Highway 114, Star City, Ark. Graveside Service will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, May 14, at Palmyra Cemetery.
