Victory Ellen Smith, at age 68, of North Little Rock, Ark. departed this life on May 12th at 2:19 p.m. Vickie was born on December 20th, 1942 in McCrory, Ark. to the late Vernon and Edith McBroome. Vickie was preceded in death by her father Vernon McBroome, mother Edith McBroome, and son Chad Vernon Smith. She is survived by her husband Richard Leonard Smith, daughters, Brenda Kay House and Stephanie Ann Machen, son, David Richard Smith, granddaughters, Jennifer Faughn Neighbors, Carly Ann Machen, and Sophie Randall Machen. great-grandson, Peyton Duran Nelson, and sisters, Patsy Jean Morgan and Vernice Ann Hickerson. Visitation will be held at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home located at 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark., 72211 on Sunday, May 15th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Services will be held on Monday, May 16th at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
