EDWARD I. HEPP, 91, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully at home on May 11, 2011. Born in Little Rock on Sept. 26, 1919 to Albert J. and Anna Durst Hepp, he is survived by his wife of 68 years, Dorothy Black Hepp, and 4 daughters, Nancy (Cliff) Wesson of Florida, Judy (Leonard) Davidson of Bryant, Mary Jane (Dale) Webb of Beebe and Carolyn Sullivan of Mabelvale. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Brian (Brandy) Wesson and Jonathan (Amanda) Wesson, all of Florida, Chris (Tami) Davidson of Sheridan, Lisa (Lee) Prickett of Haskell, Stephanie Sullivan of Broken Arrow, Okla., Matthew (Kim) Sullivan of Mabelvale, Ryan (Rebecca) Webb of Maumelle and Drew (Tara) Webb of Springdale and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his sisters, Ann Hepp, Katherine Niemann and Theresa Engleberger and his brother, Albert Hepp, Jr. He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church and Pulaski Heights Lions Club. He attended St. Edward's Catholic School and graduated from Catholic High School for Boys in 1936, followed by Draughons School of Business. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army Air Corps for four years. While in service, he attended administrative school and later studied electronics, radar and radio technology. After fulfilling his military duties, Ed joined First National Bank (now Regions) in the commercial loan department. The family would like to thank Hospice Homecare on Bowman Road, especially Felicia, Mary and Michael. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 16, 2011 at St. Theresa Catholic Church with Fr. Mark Wood as Celebrant. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday with a Rosary Service at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth, 5800 W. 12th. St., Little Rock, 501-661-9111.
