EILEEN FULPER, 83, of Little Rock passed away Friday, May 13, 2011. She was born in Trenton, N.J., on Aug. 22, 1927. She and her husband, Norman Fulper Jr., raised six kids on a dairy farm in Booneville, Miss. In 1994, after Norman passed, she moved to Little Rock to live with her eldest daughter and her family. She enjoyed the successes of her six children and visits with her 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Eileen spent her days volunteering at UAMS hospital and knitting with her fellow "knit wits." In her 83 years, she touched many lives and brought joy to any one who knew her. She will be deeply missed. She is survived by her brother, Bernard Driber; her daughters, Laura Hutchins and husband, Steven, of Little Rock, Rebecca Marvin and husband, Tom, of Fort Smith; her sons, Peter Fulper and wife, Martha, of Gretna, Va., David Fulper and wife, Alexandra, of Clearwater, Fla., and Chris Fulper and wife, Roseanne, of Booneville, Miss.; and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Ellen Driber; her husband, Norman Fulper; her brothers, Thomas and Lester Driber; her sisters, Claire Wagner and Rita Durr; and her daughter, Marilyn Fulper. Memorials may be made to the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, 4301 W. Markham, Little Rock, Ark., 72205 or Christ the King Catholic Church, 4000 N. Rodney Parham, Little Rock, Ark., 72212. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday at Christ the King Catholic Church.
