John E. Winter Jr., 55, of El Paso, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 17, 2011. He was born Saturday, June 4, 1955 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to the late John E. and Elizabeth Frances Winter. John is survived by his loving wife, Vanessa Hartsell Winter of the home, son, John Daniel Winter of Jacksonville, daughter, Misty Johnson of El Paso, three grandchildren, Emily Melton, Tyler Goodwin, and Jacob Goodwin; step-mother, Willie Winter-Childress; eight sisters and one brother; other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be 6 p.m.–8 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2011 in the Chapel of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home with interment at Bethesda Cemetery in Rose Bud, Arkansas.
