Joy Higdon

Joy Higdon passed away Tuesday in a Little Rock hospital. She was a secretary for Farm Bureau Insurance. Visitation Friday, 6-8 p.m., with funeral Saturday, 11 a.m., Olmstead Funeral Home. Survived by husband, Bobby Higdon; sons, Russell and Brant Hoover; daughter, Heather Burrow; five grandchildren; and her mother, Georgie Ellen Green.
