Edgar Arnold Truman

Edgar Arnold Truman, 54, of Benton, Arkansas, died Thursday, May 19, 2011, at Arkansas Health Care. He was born March 15, 1957, in Beatrice, Nebraska, to Emmert Arnold Truman and Evelyn Cater Truman. He was reared and educated in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1975. Mr. Truman had worked as an investment broker and a bond broker. He attended The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. Mr. Truman was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Harry Dee Truman. Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Truman of Hot Springs; mother and step-father, Evelyn Truman and James Chamberlain of Pine Bluff; brothers, Bobby Truman and wife, Sandy of White Hall, George Truman and Roy Truman both of Atchison, Kansas; sisters, Lillie Jean Bringus, Betty Dorsey both of Atchison, Kansas, Sheryl Grinstead and husband, Steve of Pine Bluff. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday, May 21, 2011, at Robinson's. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, May 22, 2011, Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Bishop David Smith officiating.
