Danny Joe (Joe Mack) McElwrath

Danny Joe (Joe Mack) McElwrath, 55, of Alexander passed away on May 23, 2011. He was born on August 31, 1955 in Gideon, Missouri. Danny was in retail auto sales since 1974 and a member of Crystal Hill Baptist Church in Little Rock, Ark. He is survived by his wife Vicky McElwrath and a son, Charles Nathan, brothers, Tommy and wife Sonya, Ronald and wife Debbie, Steven and wife Janet, and sisters Lisa Ward, Sherry Bell and husband Edward, Barbara Jean McElroy and husband James and Elizabeth Pride. Joe received wonderful care from Arkansas Hospice staff Becky Messenger RN and Carly Claud social worker. A special thank you to Dr. Santa Cruz, and Physicians. In lieu of flowers, the family would be pleased with memorials given in his name to the Arkansas Hospice Foundation at 14 Parkstone Circle in North Little Rock, Ark. 72116. The funeral service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, May 28, 2011, at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel in Benton. Burial will be at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Minister will be Larry Ballard.
