Joshua James Meeks

Joshua James Meeks, age 33, of Conway, went to his heavenly home, Monday, May 23, 2011. He was born on February 13, 1978 in Kokomo, Indiana. Josh graduated from the Conway Public Schools in 1996. He was self-employed at Meeks Fiberglass. His love in life, other than his family, was motorcycling, boating and any extreme sports. On July 23, 2005 he married Candace Stiles in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Midge Heltzel. Josh is survived by his wife Candace; two sons, Hayden and Deagan of the home; mother and step-father, Kathy and Bob Lajoie of Conway; grandparents, Howard and Lorraine Meeks of Greers Ferry; uncle and aunt, Mark and Laurie Meeks; cousins, Taylor and Jesse Meeks all of Kokomo, Indiana; his fathers and mothers-in-law, Buddy and Melinda Sandefur of Hartshorne, Oklahoma and Leonard and Donna Stiles of Conway; three sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 10 a.m., in the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel (501) 327-7727, with Pastor James D. Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the Crestlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 25, 2011, 6-8 p.m. At the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Scott Dumboski, Casey Southern, Matt Ostrander, Brent Hurst, Ben May and John Woodward. Honorary pallbearers will be Curt Colvin, Dustin McCaig, Sal Geraci, David Franks, David Hill, Nate Gerraputa, Brandon Ragsdale, Aaron Watson, Jack Jumper, Jay Lucy, Brian Lucy, C.J. Summerville, Josh Robinson, Judd Southerland, Matt Raup and many more dear friends.
