Mary Christine "Chris" Steele

Mary Christine "Chris" Steele, 75, of Cabot, died Thursday, May 26, 2011. She was born November 15, 1935 in Trumann, Arkansas, to the late Homer and Bertha Courtney Rieathbaum. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Billy Steele, five brothers and one sister. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Bill Steele, two daughters, Diana Morris and her companion, Tom Owens of Cabot, and Debra Miller of Cabot, three grandchildren, La Donna Delee (Mike), Jackie Gallardo and John Miller (Kellye), and four great-grandchildren, Kaylee Miller, Hunter Wilkerson, Ashlee Wilkerson and Allie Delee, two sisters, Evelyn Thomas of Holcomb, Missouri and Kathrine DePriest of Greenwood, Arkansas and three brothers, Jerry Rieathbaum and Carty Rieathbaum, both of Harrisburg and Donald Rieathbaum of Conway, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 2-3 p.m., Saturday, May, 28, 2011, with funeral service to follow at 3 p.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
