Alice Loree Hipp

ALICE LOREE HIPP, 95, of Little Rock, died May 26, 2011. Born Nov. 20, 1915 in Warren, Ark., she was the daughter of V. B. and Mellisa Watson McCann. She was a longtime member of Second Baptist Church in Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ralph S. Hipp, a brother, Lloyd McCann, and two sisters, Lois Fort and Gertha Randolph. She is survived by her son, Robert Hipp of Houston and five nieces, Bonnie Spann (Dr Charles Spann) of Thomasville, Ga., Susan Callans (Bob) of Little Rock, Alice McLarty (Lynn) of Virginia, Frances Fletcher (David) of North Little Rock, Ark. and Lois Jackson (Tommy) of Stuttgart, Ark. There will be visitation from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th. St., Little Rock 501-661-9111. Private interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
