Dolores Synco

Dolores Synco, 77, passed away Monday, November 14, 2011, at Baptist Health-Stuttgart. Mrs. Synco was born December 10, 1933, in Stuttgart, the daughter of Thomas Henry and Effie Mae Graves Oliver. She was a homemaker and member of Central Christian Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Oliver Jr. and Milton Oliver; sisters, Lucille Dorsch and Gloria Dickson; and a grandson, Michael Lloyd. Survivors are her husband of 60 years, Kenneth Synco; three sons, Gary (Betty) Synco of Tabor, Iowa, Michael (Peggy) Synco of Stuttgart and Brian Synco of Humnoke; three brothers, John Oliver of Helena, Roger Oliver of Humnoke and Dennis Oliver of Stuttgart; one sister, Mary Lou Howard of White Hall; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services, officiated by Doug Votaw and Steven Harvey, are 10 a.m., Thursday at Turpin Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in Lone Tree Cemetery.
