Marion Earl Stephens

Marion Earl Stephens, 57, of Enola passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Born in Conway, Ark., on October 21, 1954, he was a son to the late Russell and Earnestine Lasley Stephens. He received his Bachelors degree in agriculture from ASU and had worked in safety driver training for Willis Shaw Enterprises. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother who enjoyed being in the outdoors. Marion was a member of Cedar Hill Church of Christ. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Pat Stephens; brother-in-law, Bob Ralston; nephew, John Gregory and mother and father-in-law, G.W. and Mathalea Rickett. Marion is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Brenda Rickett Stephens; daughter, Amanda Tucker and husband Steven and son, Heath Stephens and wife Carla all of Enola; grandchildren, Mackenzie and Logan Tucker; sisters: Peggy Harris (Jim) of Vilonia; brother, Calvin Stephens (Joyce) of Greenville, Texas and a host of extended family and friends. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, October 28, at Brown Cemetery in Barney, Ark., with David Goff and Lynn Rickett conducting the service. Pallbearers are: Terry Sublett, James Casey, Shane Ralston, James Stephens, Michael Harris and Wade Stephens.
