Clifton Edward Osborne, 82, of Bald Knob, died September 20, 2011. He was born October 3, 1928 in Newport. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. Services will be Saturday, 2 p.m., New Bethel General Baptist Church with Bro. Novy Newkirk officiating.
