Jane Jones Shepherd

Jane Jones Shepherd, 84, of Hot Springs, died Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at National Park Medical Center. She was born August 21, 1928 in Dumas, Arkansas to the late Marie Morrison and Grady Firth Jones. She grew up in Arkansas City, Arkansas and later moved to Pine Bluff where she graduated from High School in 1945. She was preceded in death by her husband, William James Shepherd III and one sister, Anne Jones Sasser. She is survived by two sons, Grady Shepherd (Shelley) of St. Charles, Mo. and David Shepherd of Fayetteville, Ark.; two grandchildren, Bradley and Catherine Shepherd, two nieces, Lee Davis and Dee Graham. Graveside services will be 12 noon, Friday, December 7, 2012 in Osceola, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church in Pine Bluff or your favorite charity.
