Sue Guynn Freel, 93 of Fordyce, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Sue was born August 14, 1919 to Robert and Gertrude Ward in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fordyce and the First Baptist Church of Nashville for 46 years where she served her Lord faithfully and sang in the choirs. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William "Bill" Guynn and Carl Freel; her daughter Linda Brent; and her sister Bobby Lee Murry. She is survived by her son Larry Guynn and wife Kim of Littleton, Colorado; son-in-law, Jackie Brent of Fordyce; step-son, Tim Freel and wife Malloy of Nashville; grandsons, Clark Brent and wife Penny of Fordyce, John Guynn and wife Julia of Broomfield, Colorado, and Stuart Brent and wife Debra of Bryant; one granddaughter, Emily Guynn of Littleton, Colorado; great-grandchildren, Jack Brent of Fordyce, Nate and Alex Guynn of Broomfield, Colorado, Hayden and Ryan Brent of Bryant, and Mikayla and Jamison Orner of Littleton, Colorado; and a niece Shirley Murry Pitts of Alexandria, Virginia. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Rose Hedge Cemetery in Gurdon with Rev. Stacy Reed officiating.
